The new Apple iPod classic 160 GB 7th Generation is an excellent portable media player, it has an excellent interface, and it only costs $235 dollars. I highly recommend this product. Largest iPod Capacity-wise, long battery life, "Genius" feature, excellent value for your money, well-built, doubles as an external hard drive, and improvements to Cover Flow. I was so excited to finally have the majority of my music all on one device. No problems so far. The music sound quality is fine, but only with good headphones.

The look and feel of the iPod touch 16 GB 2nd is great. Fits perfectly in your hand. Its very light weight and the screen size is perfect. Safari is really good. You can stroll through all websites. It doesn’t support Flash, which sucks, that would have been great

The iPod touch 64 GB 3rd is faster than the older 2nd generation Touch, and the Voice Control features works in my car to control the music, hooked up to a cable connect and the headphones at the same time. Now you can fit all of my music and video/tv shows and apps besides with room to spare.

• Beauty — just raw esthetic pleasure, the Touch is without doubt the sexiest looking MP3 player I have ever owned! And it feels darn good in my hand too. – Apps — nobody can compare with apple’s App Store and the amazing assortment of Apps now available for the Touch.  
• Firmware/updates — the apple firmware is probably the best out there. Sony Walkman is pretty good too, but I think apple gets top honors. The update process through iTunes is the smoothest software update process of any MP3 player I’ve ever seen — although Archos comes close.
• Play screen — the Touch play screen really sets the standard that everybody else is aspiring to. I love how they fill the entire screen with the album art. The only other one that even comes close is the Walkman.
• Browser — The Safari is one of the better browsers for an MP3 player, especially the pinch multi-touch interface for zooming is really nice. Keyboard is a little hard to use but can be done with practice. – Speed — they say its faster and I do notice the difference when playing with my apps which seem a bit snappier now. At this rate, the Touch is going to replace my laptop…
